Core Skills Development Partnership: series of evaluations and systems’ development assignments assessing the impact of the Core Skills theory of change. The evaluation support was multi-annual, covering assessment of the delivery framework, key project activities, the ‘back office systems’, and the methodologies developed for ‘outcome’ planning.

Mixed communities: case study based review of the promoters of mixed community housing investment. Designed to inform the Public Spending Review – especially indicating regulatory changes that will promote investment in mixed communities.
