We are helping Coventry Partnership to develop a framework for involvement, consultation and involvement. This will provide:

• shared working principles designed to promote collaboration
• standards to help develop joint working practices
• a way of thinking about key ICI mechanisms, rather than get caught up in confusing details
• suggestions about how to ensure that ICI concentrates on priorities which are good vfm
