Total Place communications strategy
Working with Be Birmingham, we have helped the partnership to work out its best approach to communications in the context of its drive for change under 'total place'. This has involved
- coaching support to the communications system across the partnership
- exploring the balance between 'broadcast' and 'dialogue' in their communication & engagement activity
- developing a fresh set of key messages for the partnership
- exploring the extent to which their working practices communicate their key messages - in other words applying 'behaviour as communications' principles
